I've closed 2 loans in the past with this lender and I can''t say enough about the service and education you can get from this gentleman. I was skeptical at first because of the one bad review but I contacted that reviewer about his experience and it turns out he was changing ISP or something and the email he referred to was in limbo for some time.

Again, great advice and he put emphasis on helping me decide what was best for me.

We applied to AAA Mortgage to refinance our existing Arm loan, after the completion of our documents we were advised our existing loan does have a prepayment penalty and we are better off to wait 65 days and re apply, we appreciate a sound recommendation, Alex reactivated our loan again in early September, although since then rates went up and we could not get our original rate but we are very satisfy with their professional service. We closed our loan last week and looking forward to recommend this lender to our friends and relatives.

Working with Alex he helped me realize it would be best to wait 3 months for my prepayment penalty to expire and then do our loan. He was knowledgeable, provided competitive rates, and did not charge lending fees which can account for up to 4K in a loan. I will close my loan with Alex as soon as my penalties expire on my current mortgage.
